Who can register at this time?

  • Persons 65+ years

  • Persons 16+ with at least one chronic medical condition

  • Residents of long-term facilities

  • Heatlhcare workers, pharmacists, school nurses and last responders (funeral/cremations/religious leaders)

What chronic condition quality?

Cancer

  • Chronic Kidney disease

  • COPD (chronic obstructive pulmonary disease)

  • Down Syndrome

  • Heart conditions, such as heart failure, coronary artery disease or cardiomyopathy

  • Solid organ transplantation

  • Obesity and severe obesity (body mass index or 30 kg/m2 or higher)

  • Pregnancy

  • Sickle cell disease

  • Type 2 diabetes mellitus

  • Other

  • Starting Monday, January 25th

What if I need transportation?

  • Star Transit is a transportation option (877) 631-5278

What if I do not have access to the website to register?

  • Call (972) 914-9359 and listen to the voicemail recording to fine out the dates and locations for in-person registration assistance.

​

Do not show up to the vaccine hub without registering or checking the county website for scheduling.

​

Kaufman County and non-Kaufman County Residents may register.
